Process the onion in a cuisinart until it is almost pureed. Add mustard, vinegar, water, salt, tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce and pulse until blended. Add oil in a steady stream while whisking (the oil won't emulsify, but blending in this manner will help the dressing stay mixed if you're preparing to use it right away).
