Amber Lyn Morning Toast

Ingredients
8 medium Strawberries, sliced
2 slices Oroweat Low Carb Bread
1 tbsp Butter
1 bar Amber Lyn Chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup Cream, whipped
Preparation
This is a favorite for your kids to help with. They can easilly butter the bread and crush your chocolate. If you are not camping or near a grill, this can easily be accomplished under your broiler. Beware though, it will cook a lot faster.

1. Butter your toast and set on your mediun set grill, butter down. Toast for a minute or two.

2. Take your chopped Amber Lyn Chocolate bar and sprinkle over the toast. Reserve two squares for the top.

3. Cover the chocolate with your sliced strawberries (or a low carb jelly if you wish) and put your last square on each piece of bread and close your grill. Grill for a few minutes or until the chocolate has started to melt.

4. Garnish with a bit of whipped cream on the side.
