16 oz Farmers Cheese
1/2 stick Butter, (at room temp)
4 large Eggs,2.44 Carbs
1 tsp Baking Soda,0 Carbs
2 1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Atkins Baking Mix
Preparation
It is FANTASTIC! I slice mine into at least 16 slices for only 3.75
carbs per slice! You could probably add Splenda if you want it sweeter!

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.

Blend farmer's cheese, butter, eggs and baking soda until creamy. Add
almond flour and bake mix. Mix until everything is combined. Dough will
be very sticky. Place in loaf pan and bake about 50 minutes, until top
is brown. About 60 carbs/loaf, 5 carbs/ slice w/ 12 slices (less is
you subtract fiber). Toasts well and can be used for French toast or a
sandwich.
