Battered Broccoli

1 head Broccoli
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated finely
1 tsp Salt
1 cup canola oil
2 medium Egg
3 tbsp soy flour
1 tbsp Cream
1. Cut the broccoli into flowerettes. Set aside.
2. Grate parmesan cheese. I use the grated in the bag and then blitz it in the food processor.
3. Mix together eggs, cream, salt& parmesan. dip broccoli in batter.
4. Deep fry until golden brown. Set on paper towel to drain off excess oil.
Per Serving: 563 Calories; 57 g Fat; 5 g Sat Fat; 5 mg Cholesterol; 653 mg Sodium;
10 g Carb; 5 g Fiber; 8 g Protein.
