Broccoli Ham Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch Broccoli
1/2 cup soy mayo
2 tbsp Vinegar, white
1 tsp Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Salt, to taste
2 oz Cheddar cheese, tasty cheese
Preparation
1. Wash your broccoli. Break the flowerettes into small pieces.

2. Cut ham into cubes. and toss with brocolli.

3. Add all other ingredients together and mix well. Toss over broccoli, mix well. Toss in the fridge for at least an hour.

4. Grate cheese right before serving. Mix in.
