Mustard & Caper Sauce

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp capers, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove Garlic, pressed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve over chicken or fish, left over
beef or as a salad dressing. We made this one as a quick recipe. If you
have the time, add some white wine.

2 g Carb; 0.27 g Fiber; 0.85 g Protein.
