3 medium tomatoes, chopped 4 medium mushrooms 1 pinch table salt 4 large Whole, egg 5 tbsp cream 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped ground pepper, to taste 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 190 C / 360 F
1. Cut up your tomatoes and mushrooms. I like them chopped pretty small. Add a bit of salt and set aside.
2. Whisk together your eggs, cream, chives, and 1/4 cup of the chedddar.
3. Add the mix and the veggies to a few buttered ramekins or appropriate cooking dishes.
