4 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cups Atkins Bake Mix
1/2 cup Corn Meal
3 packages Splenda
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Crushed pepper flakes
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 cup Water
2 medium Eggs
Preparation
1. Heat oven to 425F. Place butter in an 8 inch square baking pan. Place in oven to melt. remove from oven.

2. In large bowl, mix bake mix, corn meal, Splenda, baking powder and flakes, set aside..

3. In a small bowl, mix cream, water, and eggs. Add most of the butter, leaving enough to coat the pan.

4. Mix liquid mixture and the dry ingredients. Mix just to combine and put into pan.

5. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes.


Counts according to Atkins Recipe: 13.5 carbs per serve. Net Carbs: 11 grams Protien: 16 grams
