French Toast

Ingredients
2 medium Egg, whisked
3 oz Pork Rinds, ground
2 tbsp Cream
1 Splenda,1 Carb
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Butter
Preparation
1. Crumble a bag of pork rinds, Put in first 7 ingredients into bowl and mix thouroughly.

2. Fry pancake-style in butter, till browned on both sides.

3. Top with butter and some SF Jelly. We can not get Divinci Syrups here but that would be great too.
Note
They ended up looking more like pancakes then french toast. I did not try this but give it a go with uncrushed pork rinds.
