Mix together all the ingredients. Store leftovers in a tightly closed glass jar. It will keep its pungency for over a month.
You can use it on beef, pork, or my personal favorite, chicken. I tried it on beef last night and chicken tonight. The photo fo the chicken looked better. :-)
