Lime Tarragon Chicken

1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 medium Jalapeno, (grated finely)
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Marinate 2 to 3 hours. Combine ingredients and brush over chicken during cooking. Cook it on a grill at medium (375F) until the liquid runs clear. Cooking time varies depending on size of chicken.
Per Serving: 375 Calories; 42 g Fat; 4 g Sat Fat; 0 mg Cholesterol; 2 mg Sodium; 2 g Carb; 0.21 g Fiber; 0.16 g Protein.

I did not have fresh but if you wanted, put some grated lime zest in this. It would be great. Used it on chicken to accompany shrimp. It would work great with fish also.
