Maple Protien Shake

Equipments Blender; measuring cups; measuring spoons

1/3 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Water
1/3 cup Cottage cheese, whipped if you can find it
2 medium Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Maple Extract
2 tbsp Protein Powder, (or soy powder)
2 g Splenda, (that is 1 packet of Splenda)
1 1/2 cups Crushed ice, (or about 8 cubes)
Add all the ingredients to the a blender. Blend until thick and creamy. If you want it thinner, just add more water. Do not underblend. It's better when its smoother.
Per Serving: 126 Calories; 9 g Fat; 5 g Sat Fat; 146 mg Cholesterol; 137 mg Sodium; 3 g Carb; 0 g Fiber; 7 g Protein.
I had to use the glass, since it is a brewery in Vermont, where maple syrup is king!!! Do not worry, I did not have a beer.
