1 large Onion 1/4 jar Cottees SF Apricot Jam 1 tsp Pepper, ground 1 tbsp Butter

| Preparation |
1. This is a simple side dish. Chop the onions, not to fine. I actually like to cut circles and drop into the butter. Heat the onions in butter until translucent. 2. Add the apricot jam, pepper as needed. Simmer until onions are tender. Serve immediately.
Note before note: When picking the onion, go with a mild onion. I like the red onions. |
