Fried Radishes

14 medium Radish, cut into 4's
2 tbsp Oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1. Wash radish. Cut off stems and cut into 4's.

2. In a small skillet, add oil. Fry the radish until they are browning.

3. Put on a paper towel and drain off any excess oil.

4. Salt as needed. I would suggest a bit of garlic in the fryer.

8 mg Sodium; 1 g Carb; 0.50 g Fiber; 0.19 g Protein.

I know this seems to simple but this side dish is fast and taste like roasted potatoes.
