1. Mix all ingredients in a pestal & Mortar. Grind until fine. Store in a glass jar.
2. When ready to use, rub over both sides of steak and let marinate between 1 and 2 hours at room temp.
Do not panic on the numbers. That is the whole jar's worth. It was pretty hot. I could see this with added items for a marinade. I would add a bit of oil or even sherry or congnac.
