Soften cream cheese in microwave. Stir till smooth. Add cream, cocoa, Splenda, and vanilla; mix till combined. Add chopped macadamia nuts. Mix well. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes to make mixture easier to handle. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts.
