Angela's Choco-Cheese Truffles

Ingredients
1 block Cream cheese
2 tbsp cream
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
1 cup ground nuts

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Stir till smooth. Add cream, cocoa, Splenda,
and vanilla; mix till combined. Add chopped macadamia nuts. Mix well.
Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes to make mixture easier to handle. Form into 1
inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Refrigerate till firm, about 1 hour
